Molded pulp is made from a combination of recycled newsprint and/or corrugated, which is made into a paper slurry that is molded into three-dimensional shapes. 100% recyclable and 100% biodegradable.
Flexible foam is typically used for fragile or returnable packaging. Available in polyethylene, polypropylene, polyurethane and arcel configurations.
EPS is a superior insulating material that is cost-effective and lightweight. Components are made from polystyrene beads that are expanded and molded into three dimensional shapes. Parts can also be fabricated in a two-dimensional format out of a large molded block.
Paper / Corrugated
Paper and plastic corrugated can be designed in single-face, single-wall or double-wall options. Laminated build-ups are available for spacers, pallet blocks and dunnage.
Hard and soft woods are typically used for blocking, bracing, crating, and a variety of pallet configurations – ensuring your products get safely to market.
Paperboard consists of paper sheets laminated together in various thicknesses. VBoard products are made from recycled fiber, 80% of which is post-consumer waste and 20% of which is pre-consumer waste. Universally recyclable.
The thermoforming process uses heat to conform thin- or thick-gauge plastic sheeting to a mold, resulting in three-dimensional packaging components. Each component can be custom-designed to reflect even the most challenging product shape.
A paper-based product that offers excellent void fill, dunnage and support, honeycomb provides protection in a variety of applications. It is available in various thicknesses.
