Rollguard recently unveiled its new Thermoformed Roll Cradle.

The new dust-free plastic cradle features a strong yet flexible high-impact polystyrene construction that is not affected by humidity or moisture. This design makes it ideal for protecting highly sensitive products during shipping, handling and warehousing.

The Thermoformed Roll Cradle features a nestable design that allows more cradles to be stacked per pallet, resulting in significant savings in shipping and storage costs. Unique nesting hubs make the cradles easy to separate and, with locking tab feature, allow cradles to be placed back to back and used in a double-sided configuration that is secure. Optional lips protect roll ends and prevent slippage. This reusable, recyclable cradle is designed to protect rolled and cylindrical products with diameters up to 24 inches.
