Rollguard recently introduced exciting new product improvements for its Thermoformed line of roll cradles.

The new Thermoformed roll cradles are constructed of recycled High-Impact Polystyrene (HIPS) plastic and feature a proprietary anti-slip surface to help minimize load shifting. Their reusable design, which features denesting hubs for easy separation, allows customers to do multiple turns, saving time and reducing overall costs.

Designed for ease of use, the new cradles feature a nestable design that allows more cradles per pallet, leading to considerable savings on freight and warehouse space. In addition, unique locking end tabs ensure safe, secure alignment during transport.

The durable plastic construction of the new Thermoformed cradles makes them an ideal choice for secure stacking, loading and transport of sensitive products in humid and wet environments. They are ideal for protecting rolled and cylindrical materials with diameters between 18 and 22.5 inches.
