StrataGraph offered Dr. Miracle's a solution: an offset web packaging process that allows maximum-quality, lifelike images to be printed cost-effectively on paperboard. StrataGraph's unique UV-based dry-trapping ink process quickly dries each ink color immediately after it is applied, forming a polymer that sits on top of the paperboard rather than being absorbed into it. This acts as a base for the application of the next layer of ink.
