ERP INTEGRATION SPECIALIST

The ERP Integration Specialist will plan, execute and finalize projects according to strict deadlines and within budget. A successful person in this position will set and continually manage project expectations; acquire resources and coordinate the efforts of the team members; influence team members to take positive action and accountability; define the project’s objectives and oversee quality control throughout its life cycle; create a Lean culture through value stream mapping and business process refinement; and create a culture and understanding of change management to ensure a smooth transition to the new application.
Qualified candidates will have a relevant bachelor’s degree and five year’s experience in theoretical and practical knowledge of project management, along with demonstrated application of project management tools and techniques and proven experience in leading change and embedding continuous improvement into the culture. Experience in the corrugated industry and background with Amtech Imaginera and related ERP systems would be beneficial.
This position will require extensive travel to Great Northern locations in WI and MN. Ideally, the person in this position will live somewhere between Eau Claire, WI and Minneapolis, MN.
