- Coordinating supply chain projects dedicated to enhancing interface processes and systems with our customers.
- Implementing the seamless integration of Great Northern business systems to the MRP/Advanced Planning systems of our customers.
- Establishing VMI and KANBAN systems as needed to meet customer needs.
- Utilizing EDI and Web interface to reduce order cycle times and administrative costs.
- Coordinating supply chain reviews/packaging audits with our existing customers and potential customers to uncover unmet customer needs.
- Creating added value to our customers by assisting them with their own supply chain processes as Great Northern's products support our customer's customer needs.
