Recent key investments include the Emba 170 Mini Flexo Folder Gluer, which significantly reduces set-up time and ensures fast turnaround on small-quantity orders; Flexo Dryers and an In-line UV Curing System on our five-color United Flexus press to allow the printing of exceptionally high-quality graphics with faster turnaround; a singlefacer that gives better flute formation, to directly improve board quality; and a BHS ModulFacer MFII on the wet end of our corrugated manufacturing operation, which features belted technology to produce superior quality board at much higher speeds. In addition, our software systems utilize pull demand scheduling to maximize plant throughput and increase on-time delivery.
